I don’t know how to pay my rent

If you can’t pay your current rent or are maybe behind on your renal payments already, we can provide support. We can discuss your next steps with you - for example to contact your landlord, the application for rent subsidiaries, social welfare benefits or other financial entitlements.

To advise you best as possible, we need the following documents:

• recent bank statement of the last 4 weeks
• Proof of income
  eg salary slip, confirmation of unemployment benefits (AMS), confirmation of childcare support (ÖGK), …
• If available: Proof of housing benefits (Wohnbeihilfe) and /or Social Welfare benefits papers (Sozialhilfe)
• Rental agreement
• Open invoices / Overview of your rental payments
